I'm back...


Happy New Year Everyone - a liitle late, I know! I'm sorry for me being MIA for so long. We have had a crazy last few months, moving back to Utah, dealing with sick kids, trying to get organized in our house, going on vacation, dealing with sick kids (Again!), and just those everyday things that keeps me from doing anything other than survive. I'm just kidding, it's not that bad, but I have been too busy to worry about this. I'm ready to get back on the ball again though.

I'm going to start all over again with a 12 week plan. I'll report weekly on my progress and update on anything cool I learn in the meantime. I'm starting this Monday (my week will be Monday - Sunday, with Sunday being my treat day).

A new part of the plan is my 1/2 marathon training. I am going to be running the Provo River 1/2 Marathon in August! I know, crazy, but I have really enjoyed running as of late, and decided I'm just going to train for it and do it. I started Jan 1st and am loving it! So, I'll report on that too...

Good for you on the half-marathon! Every once in awhile I think I would like to do something like that and then say forget it (I hate running) so I am excited to hear how it goes.
